Thank you for your ticket purchase! 

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Tickets will NOT be sold at the gate, all tickets must be purchased prior to the event, and all tickets are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased it cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of the circumstances. The Kentucky Bourbon Festival is entitled to retain all fees collected through this website for services that it performs in taking orders and delivering tickets, including any merchandise, lodging, or other items included in any ticket package (collectively, the “Tickets”), including shipping, handling and service charges.

 

The Kentucky Bourbon Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced Tickets. Please safeguard your Tickets as you would any valuable item – lost or stolen Tickets will not be replaced.

 

Ticketholders MUST be 21+ years of age and have a valid ID to purchase KBF tickets and attend events.  No one under 21 years of age is permitted into the festival.  Bourbon sampling is included in the ticket price. 

 

The Kentucky Bourbon Festival is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event, primarily held on the historic grounds of Spalding Hall and Bardstown City Hall. However, in the event of severe weather, we will keep our guests notified via our Facebook pages and email. An event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled depending on the severity of the weather expected. 

 

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, The Kentucky Bourbon Festival has the following bag policy: We will allow clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”). No other bags of any type will be allowed. 

 

All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle. 

 

Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.  Violation of smoking policy may result in ejection without refund. 

 

The following list of items are prohibited on the event grounds at all times: 

 

•Outside alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs or substances

•Animals or pets (service animals as defined by ADA standards are permitted)

•Any item that could obstruct a guest’s enjoyment

•Any item that is deemed dangerous or perceived to be dangerous, unsafe, or offensive by KBF management

•Balls, Frisbees or other airborne projectiles

•Banners or signs with non-KBF sponsor logos or messages

•Bottles, cans, containers, thermoses, or flasks not purchased on-site• Fireworks, candles, flares or balloons

•Guns, knives or other items that can be considered weapons

•Hard or Soft Coolers, Baskets, or Duffel Bags

•Laser pointers

•Lawn chairs

•Mace and pepper spray

•Outside food 

•Professional Cameras and Camera Equipment, Tripods, and Video or Audio Recording Equipment not authorized by KBF management

•Skateboards, Strollers and/or car seats 

•Umbrellas 

 

All Tickets associated with this event are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. The Kentucky Bourbon Festival is not liable for any personal, financial, or other losses incurred as a result of the non-refundable ticket policy. It is the customer’s responsibility to assess their ability to attend the event before purchasing Tickets.

 

The Kentucky Bourbon Festival is a 501c3 charitable organization committed to promoting Kentucky Bourbon & the Bourbon Capital of the World® by hosting a celebration that contributes to the economic and cultural vitality of our communities in Bardstown, Kentucky.
