Between its first bourbons and ryes, Bottled-In-Bonds both, and its one-of-a-kind Sour Mash Kentucky Single Malt Whiskey, New Riff has created many dozens of one-off releases highlighting forgotten heirloom grains, distilling tweaks and aging techniques.
